Every batch of raw materials and finished products undergoes strict quality testing in our in-house QC laboratory before shipping.
Equipped with heavy-duty load testing press systems, we test covers to EN 124 standards up to 60 tons, ensuring zero structural failure under vehicular stress.
Resin formulations are subjected to acid, alkali, and industrial sewage exposure testing to verify chemical resistance between pH 1 and 13.
We test gelcoat formulations in weathering chambers to guarantee color retention and surface gloss over 30+ years of direct outdoor sunlight.
